We do not offer refunds for parcels that are not received at the customer’s gate or if the customer fails to track and confirm the delivery. Once the parcel has been marked as delivered by the courier service, we consider the order complete.

2. Video Requirement for Missing Items

In the event that you receive a parcel and notice an item is missing, a video must be recorded while opening the package to ensure that it has not been tampered with or mistakenly omitted. Without this video evidence, we cannot process a refund or return for missing items.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with a photo or video showing the issue. We will review the case and provide instructions for return or exchange.

4. Returns for Exchange

If you want to exchange an item for a different size or style, you may return the product within 14 days of receiving the order. The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached. Shipping charges for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item or size).
